When you visit this website

This website presents ELIKHO and Never Give Up Labs. It has no account registration form. Fonts, images and the demonstration video are hosted with the site: displaying them does not require a connection to Google Fonts, YouTube or Vimeo.

The planned OVHcloud hosting may generate technical logs: IP address, date, requested resource and request outcome. Their purpose is to provide and secure the website, based on the publisher's legitimate interests. Configuration, access and the actual retention period must be confirmed before publication.

Microsoft Clarity: only with your consent

We are preparing to use Microsoft Clarity to understand navigation difficulties and improve this website: pages viewed, clicks, scrolling, technical browser and device characteristics, session identifiers and interaction replays. Replays reconstruct interactions with web pages; they do not record your camera or other applications. With your consent, events also record video starts and playback progress, and clicks to official stores once their links are active. These events contain no name, email address or family data.

Clarity only loads after you accept. Refusing or closing the panel does not restrict access to the site. No Clarity tracking is integrated into the Windows or Android family app. We do not send the app's family databases, archives or parent codes to Clarity.

This analytics processing is based on your consent. You can withdraw it using Manage cookies, available in the footer of every page. Withdrawal stops tracking and reloads the page; it does not retroactively remove data already sent. Your choice is stored locally for up to 180 days, then requested again. If your browser prevents it from being saved, tracking is not enabled.

Website text is masked for Clarity, and no account or family identifier is added. Our integration denies consent to advertising storage. This does not mean Microsoft processes no technical data. The project's masking and consent settings must also be checked in its dashboard.

According to Microsoft's documentation consulted on 5 October 2026, replay data is retained for 30 days; click data, heatmaps and tagged or favourite sessions may be retained for 9 months. See Clarity retention periods.

Recipients are the publisher and authorised users of its Clarity project, as well as Microsoft to provide the service. Microsoft states that Clarity data is hosted in the United States. For EU customers, Microsoft describes a contractual relationship with Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited and standard contractual clauses governing transfers to Microsoft Corporation in the United States. When you contact us

The contact link opens your email application. If you send an email, your address, message and any attachments will be processed to respond to your request. Do not send a parent code, recovery code, complete proof of purchase or family archive unless necessary.

The purpose is to respond to your request: pre-contractual steps or performance of the contract for purchase-related requests, and legitimate interests for other support correspondence. The contact@elikho.com mailbox is hosted by OVHcloud. The publisher has yet to confirm the actual retention period for correspondence. This link does not subscribe you to a marketing list.

In the family app

ELIKHO stores profiles (first names or nicknames, dates of birth), tasks, lists, snacks, moods, avatars, progress, rewards and settings locally. This information provides the family features and stays on the device until a parent deletes it, subject to any backups they retain. You can use nicknames. The parent code protects certain actions; it does not replace device security.

Exports in .elikho format are encrypted with the chosen passphrase. Local databases and automatic SQLite backups are not encrypted by ELIKHO. Their protection also depends on the operating system and device lock.

Cloud backups are optional: Google Drive on Windows and Android, and WebDAV on Windows. The parent chooses to upload an encrypted archive; the provider may process metadata and connection information. Deleting a local family does not delete external copies. Restoring through an import creates a new family.

Purchases and licence verification

Payments are planned through Google Play or Microsoft Store. The Android verification service is still being prepared. It will need to process the information required to verify a purchase with Google, without receiving family content or bank details. Its hosting, precise data, recipients and retention periods have not yet been finalised.

Deletion and your rights

Parent controls let you back up and delete a family on the device. Exported and cloud copies are managed separately. The publisher cannot remotely change a family database it does not hold.

For processing carried out by the publisher, you can request the exercise of your applicable rights at contact@elikho.com : access, rectification, erasure, restriction and, where the legal conditions apply, objection and portability. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL.

Points to finalise before publication

This notice must be completed for each processing activity: purpose, role and legal basis, recipients, retention period, mandatory or optional nature, any transfers and ways to exercise rights. Data flows on the hosted website and distributed apps will need to be checked.
